Dr. Felix Mulago’s story is a testament to his unwavering determination, adaptability, and commitment to his medical career. Originally from the Democratic Republic of Congo, he faced unexpected challenges when he traveled to Kenya in 2020 due to the global COVID-19 travel restrictions. However, instead of being discouraged by these obstacles, Dr. Mulago thrived.
He secured a position as a medical officer at a hospital in Eldoret and was then accepted into the Kabarak University Family Medicine residency program at Chogoria Mission Hospital. Currently in his second year of training, he devotes himself to treating patients with chronic diseases and acute medical conditions. His goal is to make a positive impact on their lives, whether they are facing long-term health challenges or sudden emergencies.
Despite the demanding nature of his medical journey, Dr. Mulago recently embarked on another significant adventure – marriage! He is excited for his bride to join him in Kenya as they start their new life together.
